Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Dapat handle ads dan menganalisa di berbagai Marketplace (Tiktok, Shopee, dan Lazada).
- Dapat handle ads dan menganalisa di Facebook, Youtube, dan Google).
- Dapat handle Web dan Landing Page
- Melakukan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan ataupun brand awareness di media sosial.
- Memiliki kemampuan dan mengelola Budgeting ads.
- Report weekly dan monthly (KPI dan ROI).
- Monitoring dan analisa melalui Dashboard/ Google analytics.
- Memahami promo di Marketplace.
- Memahami tentang konten update.
- Memahami Copywriting.
Kualifikasi :
- Usia Max 35 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun.
- Mengusai SEO/ SEM, Marketing database, Email, Advertising Campaigns.
- Menguasai software Canva/ Photoshop/ Corel Draw/ Adobe illustrator.
- Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dan loyal terhadap perusahaan.
- Mempunyai inisiatif, kejujuran, motivasi tinggi, mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dengan tim.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Able to operate social media and its features in general.
3. Creative thingking to create engaging and shreable ideas and content.
4. Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
5. Able to use editing video applications is a plus point.
6. Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
7. Avaliable to WFH & WFO.
Job Descriptions:
1. Organize, operate and monitor activities in the company’s social media.
2. Creat engaging and shareable ideas and content
3. Planning and developing social media daily briefs, content video/photo, and copywriting.
4. Participating in the entire content creation process, including acting as a talent for the content.
